How long will my repair take?
+
Repair times vary depending on the extent of damage and the type of work required. Minor repairs like dents or scratches may take 2-3 days. Major collision repairs with frame work typically require 1-2 weeks. Paint work alone usually takes 3-5 days. We will provide an estimated completion date after our initial assessment and keep you updated throughout the repair process.
Do you provide free estimates?
+
Yes, we provide free estimates for all repair work. You can bring your truck to our shop for a physical assessment, or if you are unable to visit in person, you can describe the damage and we will provide an approximate quote based on the information available. For insurance claims, we work directly with adjusters to establish repair costs.
Do you work with insurance companies?

Absolutely. We have extensive experience working with all major insurance carriers. We can coordinate directly with your insurance company, handle the paperwork, and keep them updated on progress. You are not required to use a shop recommended by your insurance company — you have the right to choose your own repair facility.
What types of trucks do you service?

What is your warranty policy?
+
We stand behind our workmanship with a 2-year warranty on paint work, 1-year on body repairs, and 12-month/12,000-mile on mechanical repairs. OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any issues related to our work, bring your vehicle back and we will address it at no charge.
Paint & Refinishing
Paint Questions
Can you match my existing paint color?
+
Yes, we use computer-assisted color matching technology to achieve an exact match to your original factory paint code. We can match virtually any color, including custom fleet colors and specialty paints. We will always match a test panel before applying paint to your vehicle.
How long does paint last?
+
With proper care, our paint jobs can last the lifetime of your truck. We use premium automotive-grade materials designed for durability and UV resistance. Regular washing and occasional waxing will help maintain the finish. We warranty our paint work against peeling, flaking, and adhesion failure for 2 years.
Do you do custom paint and graphics?
+
Yes, we offer custom paint services including fleet branding, company logos, decorative stripes, and complete custom designs. Our team can help you create a professional look that represents your business while protecting your truck's exterior.
Can you repair rust damage?
+
Yes, rust repair is part of our paint and body services. We properly remove all rust, treat affected areas with rust inhibitor, apply primer, and paint to prevent future corrosion. For severe rust damage that compromises structural integrity, we may recommend panel replacement for the best long-term solution.
Collision Repair
Collision Questions
What should I do after an accident?
+
First, ensure everyone is safe and contact emergency services if needed. Document the scene with photos if possible. Contact your insurance company to report the claim. Then contact us — we can help guide you through the process and arrange for towing if needed. Do not drive the vehicle if there is visible damage to the frame, suspension, or steering.
Do I have to use my insurance company's preferred shop?
+
No, you have the legal right to choose your own repair facility. Insurance companies may recommend certain shops, but they cannot require you to use them. We work with all insurance companies and will coordinate directly with your carrier to ensure a smooth repair process.
Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
+
We primarily use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts to ensure proper fit, finish, and structural integrity. Aftermarket parts may be used with your approval, typically for cosmetic items where OEM is unavailable or significantly more expensive. For insurance work, we follow the terms of your policy regarding parts.
How do I know if my frame is damaged?
+
Frame damage isn't always obvious. Signs include uneven tire wear, doors not closing properly, misalignment of body panels, or unusual noises while driving. The safest approach is to have your vehicle professionally inspected after any collision. We use computerized frame measuring systems to detect even subtle deviations from factory specifications.
Can you handle frame straightening?
+
Yes, frame straightening is one of our specialties. We have computerized frame measuring and pulling systems that can restore your truck's frame to factory specifications within millimeter accuracy. Our certified technicians are skilled in both steel and aluminum frame repairs.
